We collect and process personal data on paper or with digital
means both on site and online for the following purposes: administrative-accounting
and/or obligations concerning civil and fiscal regulations in
compliance with the conditions and limitations set forth by
art. 11 of law no. 196/2003, in addition to the relative assigned
tasks.
All personal information is processed using adequate safety
measures for the entire duration of our contractual relations
and afterwards for the execution of legal obligations and commercial
purposes.
All personal information can be used by employees, professionals
or companies we hire to perform services or activities needed
to implement the task.
It is important to collect personal information to fulfill the
requirements laid down by law and to implement our business
agreements. If the customer refuses to give his/her personal
information we may not be able to fulfill our contractual obligations,
hence our business agreements shall be cancelled.
As per art. 7 of law 196/2003, the data subject, for the data
concerning him/her, shall have the right to be informed: of
the purposes and methods of processing; obtain the confirmation,
erasure, updating or rectification of the data; of the identification
data concerning the data controller. The data subject shall
have the right to object the processing of personal data.
